1. Non-Transactional Nature
Because Detpak Hearing Health & Audiology Archive (DETMOLD NZ SALES LIMITED) does not sell, ship, or invoice physical hearing instruments or accessories, we do not have a return or refund process.
2. Clinical Trial Periods
If you purchase a hearing aid through a clinical dispensing practice or licensed audiologist, return and trial period policies (typically 30 to 60 days by statutory law in many jurisdictions) are governed directly by your provider's clinical agreement.
